Jean-Pol Gossuin boasts a remarkable 40+ years of experience in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industry, where he has skilfully managed both local and global engineering, maintenance, and project organizations. His journey started at Pfizer in Brussels, Belgium, he gained hands-on experience and then moved to SmithKline’s vaccines business in Rixensart, Belgium, taking leadership roles.

Transitioning to project and plant roles, he led a greenfield project and managed plant functions at Boehringer Ingelheim BioWhittaker, Belgium. At Serono, Switzerland, he managed a major biotech project and became VP Head of Engineering & Technology, Global Manufacturing & Supply following Merck KGaA’s acquisition of Serono.

In 2015, he embarked on a new chapter joining Janssen, J&J’s biopharma arm, as Asset Management Lead for Large Molecule Platform. In 2023, he founded JPGiCS, a Switzerland-based consulting firm, solidifying his enduring impact on the industry.
