Robin Elton has a broad experience in global engineering & project management management (20 years); project and construction management (19 years). He has built up a particular experience in international operations and owner experience in copolymers, oil and gas operations, mining, manufacturing and TQM, including most recently global responsibilities for CapEx projects across the INEOS Styrolution network He has had long term assignments in Belgium, Holland, Brunei, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and Morocco. He is recently retired from INEOS Styrolution in Jan 2021.

• Support to owner & engineering companies in project gatekeeping & strategy, proposal & contracting guidance on FEL1/2/3 and EPCm Execution, troubleshooting major project issues, coaching & training, etc., all in the (petro)chemical and green energy industry

• Support in creation & integration of new project oriented organizations as start ups or expansions of existing global organizations in multi cultural environments

• Cold eye project reviews and establishment of associated action plans to achieve project strategy, including alignment of business & project objectives
